I didn't receive an apptmt reminder, however, like your "phone waiting recording" says we'd get. Also I think a printout of the Vehicle Checkup pages should be offered at the time of service. I had to ask for one. I understand now you send a link so we can print it out ourselves, but it would be good to offer it.
