I so appreciate how Autumn made sure that my vehicle was evaluated in a very timely manner! When you are traveling, there is nothing worse than not how your vehicle will be evaluated and fixed. Great service!!!
Service was great but will say my oil life percentage light wasn’t reset. Still no complaints. I will complain about the ford roadside assistance tow company. They had my truck in towing for 3 hours and it was only going 15 minutes.
Audrey did a great job! On the other hand the tech that cleaned my batteries did not. There is still fuzzy corrosion on the terminals and battery protectant was just sprayed over it. The batteries appear to have leaked and the hold downs are corroded. I was not charged for that service so I’m not worried about it just giving you feedback.

Trade in appraisal is interesting but not sure I could manage car payment. However I am very pleased with performance of my car.

Josh did a great job communicating with me on my vehicle service.
It still jumps from 3-5, skips 4 but if it grabs 4 then it jumps to 6 and skips 5. Shouldn't be doing that and thought that issue would have been completely resolved. But it's not leaking so something positive came out of the shop work.
I didn’t receive a vehicle status report and I didn’t get a sticker reminding me when my next service is due. As much as I paid for the works I expect better than the 10 minute oil changes. Is this what I should expect now that Capital City Ford is the owner. I have no reason to keep coming to you guys if the quality of service is sub standard. How do I know all the things were done to my car without the status report.
Your service was as stated!!! My appointment was at2:00PM, I arrived at 1:50pM and wS served quickly!!! After the works oil change service, I was on my way home by 3:15 PM !!! Great service in this day and age!! Thank you!!! Also I called Audrey at 10:00AM the same day and she got me in at 2:00PM!!! Won’t forget that !!
