Plus my previous new rotor and brake pad replacement still I could see brake powder and lots of noise because they installed after market product.

He spent more time on his phone texting than paying attention to my needs. It was only an oil change but I really had the feeling he could care less. I saw my car sitting outside in the finished spot. I ask him about it and he said he was waiting for the keys. BS the keys were in it. He said 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I went out again and he was in the office once again texting. He finally got my paperwork. He said he got called to the office and that delayed him . He lied, I saw him sitting by himself texting.
Also no one seemed to have any pride in their appearance.
Working next door to Mall of Georgia Jeep , it is convenient for me. I have been going to other Jeep service centers here in Georgia and in New Jersey. I have to say I was so impressed with Mall of Georgia Jeep that I trusted you to replace my $8,000 transmission despite everyone saying I could get it cheaper elsewhere. Like surgery, you want your vehicle in the best hands and I am confident my vehicle was handled like no other. As I approach my 70th birthday, I have to maintain my Jeep and not face a new car loan. I love the Jeep brand, my 2011 Sahara Unlimited and I love the Mall of Georgia team. I grew to see many come and go but my loyalty will remain with Mall of Georgia Chrysler Jeep.
I must say in closing, the thing that impresses me the most are your friendly reminders. you’re honest multi-point inspections and an exceptionally knowledgeable team who cares about both the vehicle and the customer experience. This is a rare quality and as a loyal customer, I am proud to stand with you guys!!!
The service rep and technician were great. Blake did a great job fixing our vehicle and stayed with us to show us the changes. 5 stars to the whole team.
