Kali did a great job taking care of my Jeep. All the issues were fixed in the timeframe we agreed. It almost took past the hours (I believe almost all in the department had left), but I got my Jeep back in the schedule I was promised. Thank you!

The lights look great. However, My husband should have been informed of the 6 hour wait upon drop off AND the lights were not connected!! on his ride home, my husband got a message that his turn signals we’re not working, and when he opened the hood at home - The wires were dangling! They hadn’t been connected… Thankfully, he knew what to do so he didn’t have to make another trip back there.

Service writer Jason did a terrible job staying in communication with. I had to follow up with him through text messages because he would not answer calls I was also told one date when the part was to come in and wasn't made aware the part did not come on the day stated. He did not make me aware of a part on the inside of the car was missing when I picked the vehicle up. Over all I was very unsatisfied with him and the service he provide. As a matter of fact it wasn't very friendly when it was brought to his attention. He needs to take some lessons from Tom.

I had done my own research and diagnosed the issue. Albeit I had no voltages from the TIPM. I asked if they could just install the fuel pump bypass relay (25.00 part). You charged me 400.00 In electric troubleshooting. While I’m mostly confident you isolated the issue the 400.00 electrical chat seemed excessive. This was a tough one and I’ll eat it. But man I knew what was wrong.
