Very attentive to my complicated situation.
Not satisfied at all. First we're at 3 months later and the part isn't here. I go to the dealership for a refund and realized I only got refunded for the part. So I questioned the 376 dollars. The service manager stated that it was for 2 separate diagnostic test. I informed him that I only authorized one. When I spoke with the tech I stated that my truck was taking longer than usual to heat up. But I would bring it back a second time to get checked out after the first issue had been resolved. So he conducted 2 diagnostic tests, when I only authorized one. The service manager stated that the employee no longer works there so he couldn't say what was and was not said. So I didn't get a refund for the second diagnostic. They conducted a test which was not authorized. So I was ripped off 189 dollars. Never again.....

The service advisor Bobby is very rude. The adjuster for American Family Insurance also agreed with me on how unpleasant unprofessional and rude Bobby is. I will never take my vehicle back to this place. I have already warn several of my customers not to take their vehicle to this dealership.
