Mall of GA CDJR originally put NON-Original manufacturers parts in my vehicle without my knowledge. Then when I had to return for the 3rd time to replace the same part - I was informed they don’t do loaners. So my family had to made due with one less car for nearly 7 weeks. Then I was informed that they wouldn’t even detail my vehicle for inconvenience. And the cherry on top the new service administrator had the audacity to make it seem as though he was doing me a favor by asking.
Simple and plain - customer service was crap.. start to finish. EXCLUDING the nice lady that took payment. She was awesome.

Oil life feature was not reset and the old mileage/date sticker was not replaced with a new one.
Everything was exceptional except for the total charges.
Tom was very professional and friendly. He was respectful of my time and budget. He help me feel comfortable with the repairs and expenses. He identified a significant repair my vehicle needs but I am having trouble with the extremely expensive estimate he provided to replace the rear main oil seal. It is a lot of money and I was not ready to perform this major repair at this time and Tom was understanding.
I spoke with the manager on 6/1 who said I would receive an answer regarding my claim in 24-48 hours. He said he would personally call me the next day. It is now 6/13 and I have yet to hear from Jerome or the manager about the status of my claim. I originally brought my van to get serviced and start the claim process on 4/7.
