When I first called, a service agent they told me that I did not have any coverage with my warranty. I called back later in the day to confirm and was told that I did have coverage. When I arrived to my appointment I apologized for being late (I had to drive 2.5 hours and there were several traffic delays). The first thing I heard was profanity (not directed towards me, but this is not a great indicator for professionalism) from the agent. He was abrasive throughout the entire interaction and was kinder to the other customers. I did not do anything to provoke this behavior except show up for the appointment and state that I had an appointment for an oil change and inspection. Over the phone, I was told that the inspection was routine for customers. When I told the service agent this, he said that there is no point in doing this service if nothing was going to be fixed (I remembered previously still getting this done). When asked about the cost of the service, the agent was off putting and laughed when replying. This is not the first time that I have had an encounter like this at this business. I only continue to take my vehicle to this location because of the warranty situation. We have been long time customers but I am getting tired with how I am being treated by service members here. After the first time this happened, I thought it was just a busy and rough day. However, after this similar encounter has happened several times, I have been recommending that people use other dealerships for better service. I have been to other Jeep dealerships where I had better service and had been treated with respect. I expected change and improvement through the years but have been very disappointed with the decline in customer service at this location. I hope that this will change in the future.

Was disappointed in overall communication. I had to physically visit the dealership to get routine status on my vehicle. Phone calls were not returned. At least I should have been called every few days to be notified on delays to get the vehicle back. Secondly, I have joined the class action suiting the cam shaft failures on this vehicle. It is shocking that a second gladiator pulled out at the same time as I did with exactly the same failure. I had a long discussion with him and his failure occurred at 65000 and mine was 63000. FCA made no attempt to talk or remedy the problem.
Honestly after 4 Jeeps this will probably be my last. As a former Ford tech, I know that Jeep should have covered this at 3000 miles over warranty.
