I pulled up for my 11:00am appointment to have my rear view mirror fixed and the technician fixed it on the spot for free.
Tom was great to work with, exceeding my expectations. He interacts with others very well and has a great personality. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and all issues were addressed.
The service rep I spoke with is awesome. The issue I have is after waiting for two weeks for information to get passed back-and-forth between the warranty service which I bought through Mall of Georgia Dodge when I purchased a vehicle took two weeks to get done. Then when I get the truck back, it has the same issue.

The vehicle wouldn't start. Batteries needed replacing after just 6 months. They had called me in to fix another electrical issue saying the parts were in, but not all the parts were in. This is the second time in six months that I've ended up without my vehicle for two days at a time without the electrical issue fixed. My lojack still doesn't work either.
Kali was great. The cost for the full repair was a little excessive so we have decided to get this repaired somewhere else. But the entire experience remained solid and we will continue bringing our cars to your location!

It is a shame that I had to talk to a manager to have a simple diagnosis done.
We have Honda's and Toyotas your customer service is horrendous by comparison. If you want further clarification I am not available..//:/

Had asked to have my tire checked while there for my oil change. Didn’t notice it wasn’t done because it was leaking until I got in the car and noticed that they hadn’t done it. So they took it back in and an hour and a half later they said it was done. However the air pressure was still where it was before. I even offered to pay the $50 charge for a tire patch. But the service technician said on the house. Which is a good thing. But I don’t know for sure it was done because the pressure is still low. I don’t have peace of mind. So now I have to take it somewhere else. Not happy at all about this because I have zero time during the week. And this puts me in a huge bind until next weekend when I can get it checked again.
