Kali was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. She kept me informed on the status of my vehicle's repairs, estimate changes and open recalls. She was very professional.
Tried to up-charge me IMMENSELY! I went to an auto shop near by for a second opinion and they charged me $100, whereas you wanted to charge me over $4,000 for a complete replacement part. Will not recommend nor come back.
I am very unsatisied..
1. I went in with a coupon from mallof georgia for a $2495 oil change they said they dont accept it.
2. so i was charged %54
3. they tried to get me to buy a battery by saying my car would not start. I started it multiple times today
4. I did not get the multipoint inspection or the results of the battery check
seems like since the new staff took over this dealership is becomming unreliable. I am concerned.

Kali went above and beyond trying to help me get my wheel and tire repaired. She started the claim with the insurance company and was very helpful! She made a stressful event much more bearable!
From the minute I got there to the minute I left amazing service everyone so nice and helpful. Tom impressed me with his customer service which was an A+++ I drove almost 40 minutes out just to have my vehicle service and do not regret it at all. The service manager made me feel welcomed and my family I recommend it to everyone !

Customer service was excellent, however prices are unreasonable. The $199 + $159 install on a batter that I got at Sam’s for $139 with free installation is absurd. I was quoted $189 for diagnostic. Charged $199 plus a $23 disposal fee. For what? They only did the diagnostic. If I was not ill, I would have fought the charge. I will not be back. Thomas was very kind and understanding, but the general business practices are unethical. Do NOT call me unless you’re giving me a refund

Thomas Floystrop, was very unprofessional and down right deeming, he started off friendly, but once he was questioned about the final price he became very combative. I bought my truck at your dealership and was considering trading it in for a new one, but after this experience I am really reconsidering. On the positive note Jerome and the service manager provided excellent service.
