Thomas was extremely courteous. He greeted me by name as soon as I open my vehicle door. Thank goodness for good ole traditional customer service where customers really get service the way they want. He made me feel like a valued customer. Even though I refused the recommendation of needed maintenance and wanted to stick with just an oil change, He respectfully accepted my decline. On my next visit for maintenance I will be looking for Thomas!
