I understand that my vehicle was in the shop over the holidays abs that some repairs we covered at no charge to me. But when I picked my truck up, a check engine might came on in less than 10 miles.

Bobby took great care of the situation. Got me into a rental as there was a problem with my jeep that was rather dangerous traveling 70mph on 85 from work and hitting bumps over a bridge the jeep shook uncontrollably and started drifting into another lane.really appreciate the customer service Bobby provided!

I received conflicting information from the service department while checking on the status of my vehicle. Poor communication or lack of communication between service techs tends to make me hesitant to bring my vehicles to Akins for service in the future. Should I trust them with my vehicles?

I purchased the extended warranty and was told that my warranty claim was not covered by ford and that the claim was denied. After hearing this I called ford to ask why it was not covered and was told by ford warranty that a claim was never filed and that the issue would be covered by the warranty that I purchased. I spoke with the Akins rep and told her what ford said and she then said they did accept the claim. Very concerning that ford said a claim was not submitted and that Akins was asking me to pay $1300. I’m not sure if I trust the Akins name after experiencing this issue with the warranty.
