I spent over $1500.00 there this morning getting an alignment and new tires. Some sort of gunk was left on all my tires and wheels and 1 of my valve stem caps was replaced with 1 that didn’t match the other 3. Minor things I know, but in the past, I haven’t had to worry about these kind of issues. I drive over 20 miles (and past another Ford dealer) just to get my truck serviced at Akins.

Jonah and the team at Akins did a great job for me. They were very efficient. I do wish Ford could solve the start/stop glitch. My wife has already had 4 batteries in her Jeep because of the same problem. Hopefully one of your mechanics will solve the glitch and get a pat on the back from the manufacturer. GOOD SERVICE!

Ashton was great to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and he communicated with me during every step of the process. I had a very bad experience with the last dealership that I took my vehicle to and Akins far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely bring my vehicle back here again and will recommend Akins to anyone looking for service.

Only thing was the tire pressure was 10lbs low in all 4 tires and the oil change sticker was not replaced

The 1st time this problem occurred, I had scheduled an appointment and was going to bring to the dealership but the window started working. It was warmer. Then I scheduled another appointment and drove 45 minutes to get there. They put a lubricant on the window and it did work. Then I drove 120 miles and rolled down the window. It would not roll up. I had to drive 80 miles in 29 degrees weather. I froze. Then I found out that there was a recall on my window. This could have been resolved sooner. This doesn’t sit well with me after driving there and no one looked at the recall. I really want an explanation plus something monetary. Again I drove 80 plus miles in 29 degrees weather with window down and spent mileage going to dealership. That’s over 100 miles. All I got was … sorry. This is not acceptable when there was a recall on my problem.

The service department got me in and out quickly as promised. I love the service lounge where I can ×work in comfort while my car is serviced. The excellent service team is what keeps me coming back the most. Sales team is good as well but without the followup of an excellent service team, customers suffer and usually will not return. I will be back! ????
