Noticed one thing about the nice Bronco Sport that I gotta drive. There is no way to change the climate control temperature to Fahrenheit. I think that needs attention sooner rather than later to help folks not get to hot in winter.

When the service provider contacted me It was as if he was not very well informed. He simply stated the service technician believed that the key fob battery was the issue, when I asked if the battery had been replaced to check it because we had previously done this, he explained he would have to get with the technician. He does not think that they have done that yet. I do not believe communication was clear. When as for an expectation of when the vehicle would be ready for pick up or if I could head that way, he informed me it was not as he did not have the paperwork. He then returned my call five minutes later to let me know that it was prepared and ready. I brought two keys into the dealership today. One factory Ford key that was not working and one alternative key that was provided by a locksmith. Then I paid for over $300 for an additional key. I was told that the keys to the vehicle were inside the vehicle to which only two keys were actually returned. No information was given to me on what the actual problem was with the initial Ford key that was provided.

We were initially told that the vehicle would be ready in a few days time. We waited almost an entire month for the parts to arrive. We finally picked up the vehicle after almost 30 days, and still are waiting on one last part, so we still have to bring the vehicle back again. Our company has supported Akins Ford for decades and are disappointed in how this repair was handled.
