Nice guy . Easy to talk to, Did great job. Hope it holds up this time . Been trouble for a year .Only two years old and computer going crazy. Been to dealer five times . I ask around found several that way. 10 new Ford 150's this one is making be think something different.

Akins Ford and their team did a great job on the alignment of my 2026 E450. Ashley was very professional and handled everything great. I am not real happy with Ford and the time it took me to get to Akin thru Ford Customer Service. I also do not understand why Ford was not responsible for the work that I thought would be under warranty with my unit only having 900 miles on it. Hats off to Akin for getting my problem straightened out.

First, thank you for compensating me for the delay. I arrives at your facility and was greeted well,unfortunately the wait was really long. My car was taken around 9:20 but was not returned till 11:30 around there. I asked 3 times how much longer the first time it was an hour after I arrived, but was not answered i believe truthfully. I believe someone forgot my car but after asking the first time I guess they realized they messed up. That would have been ok many cars were there for service just be truthful. Your facility is beautiful and very clean so waiting was not a big issue just it's uncomfortable right now for me to stay sitting long due to my recent knee replacement. I am grateful that I was compensated but hope my next oil change is quicker. Thank you yes I will be back hopefully I won't have a long wait..

Mike **** is the best service advisor I have had the pleasure to work with. He is very courteous. He’s honest about cost and what can and can’t be done with my truck. By going the extra mile he found my road hazard warranty was still valid, saving me the cost of a new tire. I am extremely satisfied.
