Jonah was kind and professional. I love the service that Akins offers. My only wish is that the time it takes to service my truck could be reduced. I sometimes take my truck to other oil change places because I don't always have the time it takes to receive the quality service that Akins offers.

Service team worked quickly to address recalls and determine the vehicle was not affected by the defect. Then completed the oil change and we were able to get my sons jeep back to him faster then we anticipated. Excellent communications with our service advisor kept us updated regularly on the process.

Some of the suggestions of needed service were not deemed necessary when I consulted with my husband. I feel I was mislead in an attempt to make an extra thousand or so. As a woman I feel I they tried to take advantage of me. Very disappointed.

I absolutely loved my caretaker for my car. He understood the assignment and executed it. Im still waiting on that tire quote homie.
