Sad she knows more than tanhe guys do! She is great and got my car in and out for a vacuum that was off on the intake. I'm sure how it got knocked off not unless they did at my oil and bit that was not Elizabeth fault

Me dijeron que mi carro tenía dañado el sello y la bandeja del aceite y me fui a hacerlo reparar al dealer que lo compre y me dijeron que no tenía daño y que por seguridad le cambiaron el sello pero nos mienten para pagar en cosas innecesarias. De lo peor la mala experiencia que me llevo de ustedes

I asked for my car not to be run through the car wash on the online appointment request comment box and verbally to the person who I greeted at the service dept but the car was still washed and nothing was said. This has happened every single time. Does no one read instructions?

I think there is something wrong with your billing system. I serviced my car yesterday under extended plan. Today I received a notice my car was ready and a bill. Picked up car yesterday and covered under warranty.
