Nathaniel was very good. It was the texting of the findings that I take issue with. The person who devised that should be FIRED! THERE WAS 1 LIE SUPPOSEDLY MADE BY ME. I need to speak with a supervisor who is allowing that particular texting with the customer in the false name of good service. For shame on this dealership.

Ms French was prompt and courteous when I arrived. She took the request, gave me what turned out to be a very accurate work time. Mechanics found a problem. Ms French arranged a convenient appointment for work as well as a loaner car. Your company performed on a very high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Mr Lindey does not know how to interact with a customer. The oil change was at no charge ( you sent me the coupon) but he was rude & distant. Never been treated so shamefully at Huggins. Why do all your service advisors seem so unhappy? Mike Lindey needs to do a job that does not require he interacts with the public.

We had appt at 10:30 am. Saturday Dropped car off early for recall engine update which I was informed on recall takes 15 minutes. At 4:55 we picked up our car with nothing done to it because we were due to travel home. Still getting messages asking if they did a good job. They did not do the job.
