Everyone was very nice and the service was done in a timely manner.
The advisor was fine. Waiting four hours to be told a part had to be ordered is ridiculous. I had already rescheduled because I was told that the week before was very busy and this week wouldn’t be as bad and that it wouldn’t take long. After waiting for three hours I was told that services was performed(that I didn’t even know was being done) but that my car was about to be taken back to have a trim piece looked at. After another 30 minutes my car was still sitting in the parking lot. After four total hours I was informed I would have to come back because they had to order a part. I should not have had to wait that long without updates or even for a minor repair to just be looked at.

I had requested to the scheduler that I would like to be called if any repairs neeed to be done since my 17 year old son was bringing his car in. I was sent the text that I did not have time to immediately look at while at work & also had questions regarding the repairs. I attempted to call the service advisor later with no answer & no call back. I’m also disappointed with the quality of the Toyota body work. We have been having problems with the “clips” Since we bought it . Would the oil splash pan be covered by the extended warranty?
