Matt and the entire service team were great , efficient and helpful. I am very disappointed however that a Toyota tundra noted for their dependability and durability required a very expensive unwarrantied transmission repair after only 80,000 miles. I’m having to rethink the quality of Toyota vehicles and warranties altogether. Very disappointing! I understand many manufacturers have a 100,000 mile power train warranties. Peter T Bayles.

You’re making too many appointments. I was in there for almost 4 hours for something minor and I’m not the only one complaining. Lake Charles Toyota should go to Bolton Ford and learn how a service department should be run.

It took 3 hours to rotate my tires and change some wiper blades , I would of had someone pick me up if i know it was gonna take that long, other than that itnwas good

Mathew Hicks is the best! We always request him. However, though not his fault, the tire pressure light came back on again tonight. I will be returning in the morning to have it rechecked. Yall are all the best!
Mr. Nunez was easy to speak with, he knew I only came in to get my oil change, but he did let me know one of my filters needed replaced. He did not try to over sell and I it took approximately 40 minutes. That was the fastest oil change I received since I bought the car in 2016.
And Thank You Gavin for reminding me about the recall in the airbag passsenger!
