Very disappointed in the quality of my Venza. First the tires, now the motors on the rear hatch, can’t believe they did not last 3 years. I thought I was getting a good quality car, I guess I did not.
Angela Mancilla is a really nice lady. She always receives you with a smile and very polite.
Mr. Guillory took the time to explain what would be performed as part of the routine inspection checks. He also said that any deficiencies found would be reported to me and that I could approve or disapprove recommended corrective actions. In fact, the technician did find that a backup light was out. I approved the replacement. My wife and I were impressed with and grateful for the service we received.
She kept me informed and made sure the service was completed for the manufacture recalls.
