Brandt did a good job trying to get my 2019 Highlander repaired. It took a long time to get parts but that was nit his fault.
2 hours for an oil change seems excessive to me. Ive had every oil change, 22k miles worth, done at toyota and every time, its been multiple hours for sn oil change.

Andrea is a top notch service professional! I have taken in 3 vehicles to be serviced, & 2 of them needed repairs in addition to maintenance work. We have been trying to get a rattle (disturbing noise in steering column) diagnosed for a couple of years at Tarver Toyota to no avail. When Andrea said our car was ready; we were nervous about the outcome. It’s fixed!!! My daughter can drive to school, which is in another state, safely. We no longer have that to worry about. Andrea is the best!!! She’s definitely an asset to this service department. We have been patronizing this location for more than a decade & we’re pleased to have her as our service advisor. I pray she stays there forever a very long time.
