We drove our van off the lot after being told that the problem was taken care of and we went to get something to eat and the van started acting up and it died again and would not start back up leaving us stranded at Wendy's on McNeese St.

Andrea was excellent at dealing with my brake issue. I have brought my truck in several times with brake issues and squeaks and spent over $1200 to have everything addressed. Andrea had the techs look over everything and now my brakes are quiet and performing like new.

I am not dissatisfied for the service I received today .I do have a question about the billing . I need new brake pads and you had none left in stock ? That is not a problem , however I was charged for them in advance ! Is this common practice? I sincerely hope that it will not be a problem for me when I bring my car in to have them installed . What happens if I can’t get in next week, or the brake pads take a long time to come in. I would feel better about just paying for it when I actually have the work done and the necessary materials needed are in hand.
