I’ve had my SUV for four months maybe and I have to. I’ve already replaced the turbo once I have to replace it again and now y’all tell me I need a $2048 tuneup. There’s no way I should’ve bought that car four months ago and I needed a tuneup like that.

Andrea was a pleasure to meet this morning. I just bought a used car last month and thought I needed an oil change however it was just a tire rotation needed. She explained everything thoroughly so now I understand when I need to do a tire rotation and when I’m due for an oil change and tire rotation. I absolutely love everything about Lake Charles Toyota. The customer service is the absolute BEST in this area. I also visited the carwash for my first time and loved the employees and my experience. Y’all are hands down the best dealership in Lake Charles.
To start off, I was a walk in since the maintenance light came on. The shop looked crowded and I also had an appointment about an hour and half later. So when Mrs Andrea came checked need in I asked her about the wait time and so forth. Mrs. Andrea was very forthcoming and honest. Since I was planning to wait she told me it could easily be 3-4 hours wait since there were a lot of appointments and fewer mechanics available than scheduled. She then noticed my previous work history and checked what I'm actually due for. She told me she can't let me cut in front of other people but since the jobs required on your truck shouldn't be too much she suggested I still drop it off and if they're not able to get me done in time I can always just asks for the keys and come back another day. I was very doubtful it would be possible but I trusted her. And I'm sure glad I did. She was able to get me out in time but the best part was that she kept me updated on my truck status every chance she got. She made me feel not only hopefully but almost assured that my truck would be done in time. I thought there were a few steps we taken out to make sure I get out on time but to my surprised there multi point inspection were very thorough and detailed. Mrs Angela is normally my service advisor and she's amazing. Mrs Andrea though, my visit with her just calling it excellent is a huge understatement. I believe that whatever you guys are paying her right now is definitely not nearly enough. She deserves a raise for her professionalism and attitude alone. Just the way she made me feel cared for and a priority when she didn't necessarily have to is the main reason I'm leaving this review. Something I rarely do. So thank you Mrs Andrea truly. And thank you Toyota of Lake Charles for the years and years of quality and excellent services.
