Clay Hebert was great but I brought my truck in for repairs and I felt it was too expensive and guess what it broke on me in two days of repairs. I have nothing good to say about Lake Charles Toyota

There was insufficient communication for myself and my USAA Insurance agent by the department. Neither one of us could get any one from that department to just respond if the new windshield was in. It caused a hardship on me in securing a rental. When I was finally able to pick up my vehicle, the Inspection sticker was missing from my new windshield. I had to wait for them to reinspect my vehicle to get a new sticker. Other than that, the new windshield installed was satisfactory.
