The day after I brought it in last week, the check engine light came on. I made an appointment to have it looked at and came in but was told it could not be looked at for several hours. So why schedule an appointment if there is no one who can perform the service at the appointed time? This is not Barton's fault, he has been very helpful in the past. Simply do not make appointments for times when there is no one available.

I am happy with Toyota in general. In fact, you should read my glowing report of the dealership today on FB, but I was not happy with the representative. After waiting 2.5 hours to get a text and hearing nothing, nor receiving a visit from him, I went to his station finding him not there. The guy next to him looked up my case and sadly said my car was finished almost 1.5 hours earlier. I was livid because I had several errands that I had to take off of my list.

I had an excellent experience with Barton Lege at Lake Charles Toyota. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of quickly and correctly. Barton was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all of my questions. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of the work and the customer’s peace of mind. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him to anyone needing service!

AW Broussard & Matt Hicks in service were awesome. They took care of me as usual. My salesman of many years, Bobby Plumb, is also great when I have service appts. Reginald & Ken are amazing at their jobs too. They are so nice & friendly.
