Matt was amazing. He kept me posted the entire time my vehicle was there and did everything he could to help us out with our situation. He took interest in my personal life when I spoke about it and was all around a wonderful person to have handle my vehicle in an unplanned situation.

As always, Michael was pleasant and easy to work with. I’ve dealt with him for years now and he knows me. I also took a ride in a 2025 4Runner with Caven. He was super cool, not pushy but well informed. He understood what I was doing in looking ahead and didn’t try to do more than I was comfortable with. Today was a great day at Toyota! ;)
Michael handled the repairs on my vehicle when I had an accident. I was well pleased with his work then. That is why i wanted him to be my service tech this time. I was well pleased.
