Clay was great. But I brought my truck in for tire rotation and someone left off a valve cap, also they write on the window with some type of pen and didn’t wipe it off. I am very particular with my vehicles and this irritates me.

In the end, Mr. Tony made things right, and I appreciate that. But it took several visits and repeated conversations to get there. I understand management isn’t an easy job, but I was genuinely surprised by how a few situations were handled from the beginning. The experience just wasn’t as smooth as it should’ve been.
