My service light was on, I figured I needed an air filter, he pulled it and show my the filter was clean and no service was needed.
What a surprise, most places would have charged me! Will definitely recommend Clearwater Toyota all my friends and family!

They helped me out very much and gave me a great deal on getting my car fixed.
Pearce did his job satisfactorily and I absolutely have no problems with him. However, the regular 50,000 mile maintenance check took an extraordinarily long time. When I finally got the review to check, I was told I needed a new battery. I spoke directly to the tech who checked the battery when I was with Pearce. I trusted the tech (rightly so??) and gave permission for the new battery…which I was told would take about 10 minutes. Close to 2 hours later the care was “ready to go”. Before I drove out of the lot I noticed that the radio and every function on the screen did NOT work. Everything worked PERFECTLY before the new battery was installed by the “tech”. First I was told that sometimes when I battery is installed, there’s a temporary glitch. Pearce had the tech take the car to correct the problem. After a considerable wait I was told the radio (and all screen functions) got fried and I needed a new radio which needed to be ordered. I was told it would be under the warranty. The warranty shouldn’t even be used to fix something that worked perfectly until the battery was installed. Warranty or not, I should NOT be responsible for damage that should NOT have happened. I was furious and tired after spending over 6 hours at Clearwater Toyota. I’ve been using your dealership since I moved to Florida in 2013 and have always been treated fairly and well…until now.

I didnt deal with William...my service man was Bill...he does a great job. When I come to Toyota and need service I ask for Bill only.

The reason I keep coming back for “ many” years is because of the familiar faces year after year ( including Bill Vermilyea ….I do not like turn over ) and his polite, consistent, caring service …. And then to top it all off “ knowing I have the best mechanic in the universe”, Chris Ambrosia ,working on my car ... :-) I TRUST that he will be truthful when he recommends any repair … And that it will be done to the best of his ability.

Mr keith was excellent love how he broke down on what I had done with my car and what I should receive next when I come in. Also I excited that he told me I have a recall part on my car and don’t have to pay for it.
