Tina is a great employee. She was personable, professional, articulate and prompt in giving me updates and explanations about my service. I also noticed Tina was very proactive and cooperative with other members of your dealership team. Tina provided me with a great 1st experience as a new customer and I will definitely be back for future service appointments and for my families next vehicle purchases. Yours is the best out of 5 Toyota dealerships I’ve had my vehicles serviced at (we move around a bit). Arrived and had to wait for someone to create a ticket since tech assigr ned hadn't worked in months. WS told no check engine light was on when taken back to bay. No history of light being on and I may of mistaken low tire light for check engine light. Told him had it checked at advance auto code 137c. I had called to make an appt and whoever made appt looked code up. Knowing there was a check engine and code I said something isn't right. I need my system checked since no codes in history. The tech said "oh no that is not necessary". Not sure why he thought system was okay even though nothing in history. Did not receive any paperwork due to "printer issues" and it would be emailed to me. Still no paperwork received. Also on arrival I had asked about a shuttle as I had a 1 pm meeting. Answer was oh I don't see anyone. Never offered to put me on a list or something. I inquired later and was told oh we can probably get them to drop you off but not pick you back up due to where I live. What is the distance for the shuttle? Place full of people and everything being blamed on new computer system. Worst experience ever at a dealership.

Waiting to hear from Toyota about the nubbing on our cloth seats that are ruining the seats. Will Toyota replaced our seats on his leased vehicle? We are, however, every satisfied with our service. Great people!
