The service assistant was very pleasant and did a wonderful job explaining the process but that’s where the good service ended.. When it takes an hour and forty minutes to complete a simple oil change there’s a definite problem with the service department. Rest assured I will Never use your company again and will share my experience on my social media accounts..

Wasn't greeted when approached, car was not washed when promised it would be, paperwork was not correct at end. He was very knowledgeable about the services though.

Sergio was amazing. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was upset about my car not starting and he didn’t take me personally and was very, very patient. He gave me all of the information I needed in order to check on my extended warranty. He is a true asset to your company.

My first impression was not a very good one. I brought my vehicle for a routine maintenance check. I was told it would take no longer than an hour. I waited over an hour and texted to get an update but never got a response. Eventually I approached a team member who checked on my car and realized that my vehicle was ready. There is definitely some need for improvements in communication both within the team and with customers.

Mr. Kolbe was incredibly kind and helpful. He understood my limitations as a mom of four young kids and did everything in his power to make this difficult situation stress free. There were many repairs needed and he not only made them happen, but handled the details with my extended coverage as well. I was able to focus on my children and not worry about my vehicle. I’m incredibly grateful.

My appointment was 5:15 pm 02/15/2023. I arrived at 5:05pm. Nobody came to me till 5:15. The car took away by the mechanic at around 5:40pm. I was waited in the lobby till 6:45pm. I saw my car key returned by one of the mechanics at 6:25 pm. I was the last one in the lobby to wait for the car returns. I came to one of the staff to check if my car has been back and he responded said yes. I said I knew it and I saw it. Nobody contacted me between 6:25 to 6:45. If the staff knew I was waiting for the car why not pay more attention instead nowhere to be found? Lack of consideration and lack of management. Totally a failure for my service. 2 hours for a regular maintenance? It’s not staff shortages. It’s lack of accountability for the staff.

He was great, but the fact I was there for 2 hours pretty much and it took 30 minutes after my appointment for them to even take my car because of a "new system" causing a mass delay was disappointing.

Amazing guy who helped me as soon as he could despite the chaotic schedule! Service was concise and straight to the point. He was very kind and considerate as he gave me a discount for the long wait. Will hope to be serviced by him again!
