My appointment was at 8:30 in the morning I got there at 8:30 nobody came and talk to me until 9:00 and then I had to wait 2 hours just for a tire rotation that was a little uncalled for
I arrived on time for my appointment but waited for 15-20 minutes for someone to do my intake this morning.
Similarly when the work was completed I noticed my truck parked outside while I was browsing the used car lot. No one texted or called me. When I finally asked someone about the status of my car I was told it was ready but had to wait 15 minutes for someone to process my finished paperwork.
Keith **** and Bob S. were both very helpful and kind.
Tina is amazing, she is the only person besides Rick that we deal with in the service department.Her Customer service is amazing.

Everyone was very courteous. They were informative and explained everything that we needed to know. Pleasant atmosphere for waiting. It is the only Toyota dealership in our area that we trust to service our car.
I arrived on time for a 10:45 appointment. I wasn’t checked in until 11:15. I went for 1 hour walk. When I got back from the walk my car hadn’t been touched. I patiently waited until 2 pm. My car was in the service area but not on the hoist. I asked Eric to bring my car around I was going home. Tired of waiting. End of a disappointing time of 3 hours and 15 minutes. Paul

Unfortunately, it took 2 days to determine that my phone is not compatible with my car, after spending $250. for a nonrefundable microphone !!
We had car in for 3 hours and stated that we wanted all the maintenance needed to be taken care of. Why was the oil not changed? Now we have to schedule another appointment when that should have been completed. Our time is valuable and we don’t like it wasted.
Car was scratched, updated service sticker was not been charged and can't access my car report it shows error. Also the car was not washed . I didn't request that but that was not nice feature you guys used to do it.

Had my car serviced, oil change & tire rotation. This service the many times I have visited Clearwater Toyota has only taken about 30 minutes to an hour. This last visit took well over 3 hours. I understand there was issues with the new system but the main issue of the visit was when I returned after an hour an a half to check on my car after seeing it in the ready area, the man who was my service associate was not helpful. After finding him and asking the status of my car, he ignored my question and proceeded to take 5 other customers who came in after me asking the same thing. After the 3rd customer his coworker asked if I was being helped and I said I was asked and was trying to get my car. He asked my associate if he needed help and my associate replied to take one of the customers who came in after I did. After an hour of waiting right in front of my associate's desk with no response, I asked him again about my car, and he finally let me know he would go see if it was ready. After 10 minutes he returned and told me they were looking for my keys and my car to be pulled up. I let him know the reason I returned to his desk an hour ago is that I saw it in the ready area. He then asked me if I knew which car was mine and if I had really seen it.
So once again I completely understand the system issue but to be ignored by an employee while standing in front of his desk for over an hour then asked if I knew what my car looked like was VERY disappointing. I also did not receive my “your car is ready” alert till and hour after I left. This employees name was pierce.
