Longer than stated wait tim due to new system (which is understandable) but maybe should have mentioned that when booking appt. I had to leave for work and was late because of incorrect wait time. Non Toyota employee (Connor) also trying to sell me a new windshield is sketchy. We have been scammed with a windshield before and this felt fairly similar. When I called my insurance to ask about it she told me to cancel that appt immediately. Toyota should be aware of American glass pros and what they are doing.

The engine air filter box was not attached back in place after my appointment. The car sounded funny and I had to stop and fix it. I can’t believe it left your shop like that.

Horatio and the Green team are excellent and at the end of my visit as I was leaving I felt like I was in good hands. Horatio patiently answered all my questions and helped me align the service with my needs. He also helped with anticipated problems to keep an eye on. Perfect example was alerting me to an oil gasket problem that will need attention downstream.

I don’t understand why you bother to take appointments. My appointment was for 1:00 for a tire rotation and when I got there on time there were 5 cars ahead of me. Outside of that, everything was ok.
