I had a 1:00 appointment. No one acknowledged me until 45 minutes later. I did not ask for a tire rotation but they gave me one. Now, my low tire light is on. I had my tires checked and they have sufficient air. Now, I must return to Toyota to have the light turned off.
I waited 3rd in line number one, of three lines for 35 minutes before I even got out of the car with my keys. My service representative was not responsible for this. He showed courtesy and got the job done when he actually started to get my car done.

Tina Hitt was very professional and knowledgeable. She made my service visit extremely pleasant. Tina explained the charges and the work that was done to my vehicle thoroughly and got me checked out and on my way very fast and efficiently.
I have been getting my 2016 4runner serviced here for a few years now. The customer service here is the best. That I have ever experienced. Michael and the service manager both addressed a issue I had immediately. I look forward to doing more business with clearwater toyota.

Trying to charge me $670.00 when the estimate was for $549.00. Telling me it’s the new system. Do you not double check the paperwork? What happen to the courtesy car wash?
The service soon notification should have been reset when I had the oil changed today. Now I need to come back in so that it can be reset. That is a waste of time and gas.

Sergio made sure that not only was my Wife’s car taken care of with ease, but mine as well. I had to take my Honda in last minute, and Sergio made sure it got the inspection that it needed. Sergio is an All Star and you all should be proud to have him working with you.
I am always extremely pleased with the service that Bill provides. He always gives me great advice regarding my car. I trust him. For that reason I take my car to Clearwater Toyota.

Keith did an excellent job and is easy to communicate with. I would say that there was a very long wait, and the car wash team didn’t seem to dry the car at all and there were water spots Everywhere. ???? But this had nothing to do with Keith - he is an outstanding team member at Toyota that has excellent customer service.
