You guys over book yourselves or accept too many walk ins I don’t know what it is but it should not take 3+ hours for a routine maintenance when I scheduled an 8am appointment. Every time I have came with a scheduled appointment it’s a nightmare

Before I was assigned to Horacio, I was supposed to be checked in with Eric of blue team. He refused to service me by saying that there was no parts for my car, therefore I had to make another appointment for later day. Then Bill at the appointment scheduling department found out that there were indeed parts for my car, and brought back to the blue team. By then, my appointment slot of 3:30 was gone, so I had to wait till Horacio became available. The attitude and conduct of Eric was far subpar of Toyota dealership standards

Tina was absolutely excellent. She has great customer relations and apologized and explained the issues with your new system. However a 45 minute plus wait on the service incoming area was unbelievable. Just sitting and sitting in my car waiting for a service advisor. The wait was more than it should have been the last time I was there although probably around 20 minutes. And this was also with an appointment. I am understanding of the issues with the system and from my understanding it has been going on for days or longer. I was advised that some people were called yesterday. I was not. I want to add again that Tina was excellent. The situation was not.

Had to come back for a follow up after getting it serviced and tires rotated. Vehicle pulled to the right and had a vibration in the steering wheel. After calling with concern to the service manager, he set up the appointment. All is good and I’m happy

Hello, I have had the pleasure of doing business with miss Hitt since the beggining of her career, and I must say it has been a joy and pleasure to be working with her. My concerns are always listened to and validated, any issues are promptly corrected or are offered a well thought out explanation of the issue, with possible desireable outcomes tailored with only the best customer experience in mind, and empathy for my situation always expressed. Clear and concise communication with detailed and punctual explanations of standards and proceedures, as well as always clearly indicating all expenses and considerations before closing. I always have a pleasurable experience at Clearwater Toyota, but Miss Hitt makes it feel like a family visit. My experience with this service advisor furthers my brand Loyalty to Toyota, and has reaffirmed my choice in switching from Autonation to Sonic Automotive group. Thank you for your time.

I was initially frustrated by the wait before the service technician finally took my information. I waited over 30 minutes. He explained about the problem with the double booking due to the new computer system, I just wish someone had said something earlier. Overall I think the service team does a great job.

Long wait to check in even though I had an appt. No texts with updates as in past visits. Appt was for 1 pm. Routine maintenance. Car not ready until 4:15. Excuses given were about problems with a new system. Not happy.

I had to wait for a while to get helped. I started to schedule a time to come in but van had immediate issues and was towed in. I hit the 9am rush of scheduled appointments. After that the service was spectacular. Thank you so much for your top notch service!
