I was pleased with the quality if service snd all was fine except the fact that I had to wait over two hours for a simple oil change.
Initial service was delayed even though an appointment was scheduled. Horocio was courteous and explained the process to me throughout. Provided a verbal quote to replace the cabin fan of $500-700 which seems expensive. Called to get a quote, spoke with multiple people on multiple days and never received a call back, as promised three times. Unprofessional to say the least. Having work done at a competitor instead for $369, with tax included and who called me back promptly and followed up as well.
Service advisor worked with me on items due for maintenance immediately. Much appreciated.

I arrived at 1 Pm and was asked if I had an appointment . I said yes and was not contacted for 2 hours and 10 minutes, so I inquired about my car that was only having an oil change and tire rotation no one knew anything. Finally someone checked the computer and told me who to see. He said my car was ready. No information about my car what is the status of the brake lining, etc. not very professional care.
