I made an appointment at 930 for a 90 minute service. I did add one additional service so let’s add on another 30 minutes. I left the dealership around 115pm. This was due to the dealership being extremely busy with walk ins. Walk ins should not have the ability to delay the people who previously took the time to make an appointment. Very disappointing.
Horacio is an excellent professional, he is always willing to help you and as a person he is very attentive and kind. I have been attending Toyota Clearwater for a year and a half and I always request an appointment with Horacio, I have no complaints about him. I recommend it 100%

I don’t think this is my service advisors fault at all but I want to point out I was there waiting for almost 2 1/2 hours simply to get an oil change and tires rotated. That’s pretty ridiculous. Also some more attention to detail by the technicians would help… they left my fuel tank door wide-open.

I had a 2:30 appointment which I showed up early for as I always do. I sat there for almost 3 hours for an oil change. I don’t understand why an appointment was even made if you’re going to just going to make people wait. The service dept was not busy either. I’ve always had awesome service at Clearwater Toyota, but not this time. I’m going to add that at the 2.5 hour mark I asked Mike on the blue team if my car was done because I saw it sitting in the parking lot. He said “let me check on it” he walked away. I didn’t see him for another 15 minutes. I tracked him down and he advised me that it would be 20 minutes. I was standing in the parking lot when I saw a tech come get my car and bring it in the shop. Again, what is the point of having appointments if you’re going to have people wait in line. I’m very disappointed in Clearwater Toyota.
Took my 2021 Camry SE in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Upon arriving to pick up the car and inspecting it I saw that there were scratches and gouges on 3 of the 4 wheels from the impact socket used to take the tires off. I showed the service advisor Sergio the damage before I left, and while he apologized and assured me I could make an appointment and have the wheels touched up at no charge, the fact that they were so carelessly damaged was a disappointment. Not something I would expect from Clearwater Toyota.
