I can’t say enough good things about Sergio he is professional polite, prompt and takes time to explain everything that is required to keep your Toyota vehicle running like new. Clearwater Toyota should consider yourself lucky to have an employee that cares about the customers as much as he does

Worst experience I’ve had since I began dealing with Clearwater Toyota.
Several issues. I brought the car in for service and no service issues were done. Instead I was sold an unnecessary alignment and tire rotation. Worst yet was the service person adjusted the seat . Not just move it back to accommodate his height he actually adjusted the seat position, lumbar support, and reclining function. It is not his car it’s mine and he drove minimally. It was adjusted for me and I drive it everyday - other the to accommodate his height he should not have done that.
