Garrett was great. This was my last free check up of my two year service. My car wash seemed to be a quick rinse and received no oil change windshield sticker for my next time. My appt was not in your system. Not sure when I need to return.
I just purchased my 4Runner last November, the service was excellent, especially Chris. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I arrived for my 2:00 pm appointment 6 minutes early. I waited in my car 46 minutes before anyone spoke to me about my appointment. Your system ****. There was a mix of walk ins and appointments in the service staging bay. You take walk ins that leave an appointment waiting 46 minutes for service?? Another case of setting up your system so that not one minute of your employees’ time is spent waiting, by caring not one bit for the time of your customers. I am not planning on coming back. This had nothing to do with your service advisor who did a good job once he got to me. This is customer abuse based on greed.
The service department does a great time every time I come in.
Keith was very kind and accommodating, he made sure I was aware of what my vehicle needed and was super fast. Additionally, he offered to run my car through the wash when he saw how dirty it was. Absolutely lovely individual.
