I asked for oil change, tire rotate,and cabin filter replace … tires and oil done but filter not. I was asked if I wanted it that day. Of course I did. Had to wait for another 1/2 hr. It should have been done before.

Caitlynn was very helpful and professional. She answered all of my questions and went out of her way to help me get my car inspected and fixed the same day, and also to get me pricing on what other work I might want to get handled in the near future. I am probably coming back next week to get the remaining work finished.

Kaitlyn needs to work on her communication skills. She called and told me a total for the truck. When I picked it up it was $80 more She said oh that’s with the oil change. When you are quoting a total price it should be the total price. A surprise $80 at the end was not OK. Also when staff is calling customers it should be from a company phone. I did not pick up calls because it was random numbers, the staff was using their cell phones, COMMUNICATION skills!
