I asked for oil change, tire rotate,and cabin filter replace … tires and oil done but filter not. I was asked if I wanted it that day. Of course I did. Had to wait for another 1/2 hr. It should have been done before.

The **** Ford Service Department is amazing! They have treated me so well and go out of their way to help me.
Kaitlyn needs to work on her communication skills. She called and told me a total for the truck. When I picked it up it was $80 more
She said oh that’s with the oil change. When you are quoting a total price it should be the total price. A surprise $80 at the end was not OK.
Also when staff is calling customers it should be from a company phone. I did not pick up calls because it was random numbers, the staff was using their cell phones, COMMUNICATION skills!
