The **** Ford Service Department is amazing! They have treated me so well and go out of their way to help me.
Kaitlyn needs to work on her communication skills. She called and told me a total for the truck. When I picked it up it was $80 more
She said oh that’s with the oil change. When you are quoting a total price it should be the total price. A surprise $80 at the end was not OK.
Also when staff is calling customers it should be from a company phone. I did not pick up calls because it was random numbers, the staff was using their cell phones, COMMUNICATION skills!
She was fantastic!! We were traveling through the area and she was able to get us a same day appointment which was amazing!! Also the service team got to our vehicle quickly and got us back on the road.
Professional, polite, and answered all my questions.

Billy provided excellent customer service. We were kept updated as to the status of our repairs and parts arrival. He went the extra mile to insure we got our vehicle back knowing we had a trip planned leaving on the weekend.

My issue is that I asked for synthetic oil for my truck due to the the severe service environment I use my truck in accordance with the Ford service manual. I am towing a 12000 lb trailer frequently. 15w40 was put in, which I don’t believe is the synthetic type.
I discussed my requirements and why when I dropped off the truck. Billy explained that 15w40 was what ford called for severe service but I have little confidence in that and only discovered what put put in after the job was done.
Billy was good pointing out a couple recalls that were needed.
Warning lite came on tires rotated didn't. Adjust pressure have to drive back
