Always good service at your dealership.
My issue is not with my service provider, rather with Honda USA and Honda Canada.
Unnecessary service was performed. I was led to believe replacing the coolant was necessary for the B 15 service. The fluid change was not necessary. No one tested the fluid to see if it was in anyway degraded before changing. I was planning on connecting with Honda to get some type of compensation for the unnecessary service. John is a nice person, but I believe he is motivated to generate sales by convincing customers of unnecessary service.
John is always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every time he assists me when I bring my car in for service.
Always satisfied with service here except yesterday I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I guess whoever was working on my car had an emergency but didn’t let anyone know so I had to wait with my toddler who was not happy to be there for that long. Communication was definitely not it
Jarrod and the whole Honda dealership are very professional.
Brought my 2025 in for one of the two recalls I have, met with Toby to correct the issue. Wait time was less than projected and upon completion Toby showed me what test the technician completed. Toby was pleasant and very informative.

During this service visit Toby was his usual professional self. Organized and informative, he delivers results of vehicle inspections and presents options and their expected costs. He contacted my extended warranty provider and had a needed repair approved without any effort on my part. Very pleased with Vatland service.
