I am very upset with the fact I saw my vehicle fly past the window. Watched my car being driven like someone stole it. Flying through the parking lot. It wasn’t just mine it was other customers cars too. That is very unnecessary. Also don’t understand why they are always trying to get as much money out of me as they can. That is insane there is always somthing wrong. When I bring it one time that the next it’s not bad. I only ever bring my car here. But this was definitely the last. I had the best experience buying my car there. But the service department has made me never want to come back.

Jarrod was professional and efficient. Setting up the appointment for the purpose of replacing a part due to a recall on my CRV hybrid was easy. My only complaint is that I did not receive any documentation showing the work that was performed. I plan to go back to the dealership and get that document.
