Admittedly, I came in with no appointment for windshield wipers. I waited at least a half an hour before I went seeking an answer. They had found the wipers and for $25/wiper plus tax plus 3% charge for using my credit I got a very pair of blades. The service was ok but sticker shot was a bit more than I expected.
Toby was great!! he explained everything to me and made it simple so I could understand it. Very pleasant, nice young man.
Toby kept us well informed about what mechanics were doing ,what they found and what time service would be done. He was very respectful even when he had to inform us that it was basically our fought what happened. We already realized and have taken action.
I am happy to relay my thoughts regarding how well I was treated at the dealership as well as how pleasant Kevin was to work with.

My appointment today was to address a Honda recall. I arrived 3/4 of an hour early and asked if they could do a change of oil and tire rotation today - a week before Christmas. Toby took care of it all in record time. Very happy with my first service experience at Vatland Honda.
