The recall work took less time than expected. Jarrod kept me informed and was extremely pleasant and polite.
Toby made my visit to Vstoand. He kept me informed on the prigress of the repairs as well as what was being done.i will request him for all future service visits. Thank you Toby.
Jarrod was on lunch when I came back to pick up my car. I waited outside his office for 5-10 minutes and a few other technicians came by and did not ask me if they could help. After waiting, I went outside to see if I could find someone to help me. When I did ask to be helped, the technician said that they would be with me in a few minutes and then walked away. It was not Jarrod’s fault but I did think that someone else could have helped me when they saw me standing outside his office.
Toby was great. He is professional and speaks with purpose and efficiency, but is not brusque. I appreciate his taking me through the mechanical process of the recall work done on my vehicle, illuminating the value of the work done and the care of the techs at this dealership. He kindly ushered me inside to the customer working area, yet also offered the other dealership amenities. This is my 2nd service appointment I’ve had at Vatland Honda (my mother’s vehicle was purchased there in Oct.2023), and both times were with Toby. I feel very positively about his caliber of service and the entire dealership’s. I look forward to encouraging the next family members (and eventually myself) to get their next car there. The cars are well made and comfortable; the dealership service is excellent. It is easy to see why they have been in business so long. My appointment was estimated to take 3ish hours and only took approximately 1hr. Regardless, I am grateful for the dealership’s quiet room, so I can get work done. By contrast, every other dealership organizes the waiting area around a tv, which is fine sometimes, but I regularly find myself needing to get work completed on my laptop. Another point for Vatland Honda. Toby and the mechanic working on my mom’s car today both deserve all the positive encouragement and recognition for raises: keep up the good work. Thank you!
