The man painted my care horrible, as David said to me ,Te man was ina HURRY, now I have to bring my car BACK on Monday to have my car which is a 2025 repainted.If my car is not done right,We r going to have a PROBLEM!!!! Not happy with HONDA of VeroBeach. ****-****-xxxx my cell.

Apparently the first comment did not go through as they submit button did not work. David handled an emergency car tire problem the same day I had an oil change appointment. On top of that he provided a courtesy car to take me to work. He shows 100% resourcefulness and customer service. Five stars all the way around

I was angry that Honda can’t do anything for me because I paid out of pocket when my check engine light came on. I wasn’t angry with Jarred but he took it personally and said I was disrespectful to HIM. I’ve worked in sales and customer service my whole career and I never talked down to a customer. Jarred could use some customer relations classes. I did say in anger that I’d never buy another Honda and I didn’t like getting ripped off. He said Honda May or may not reimburse me for the repairs I had done outside a Honda service center. My concern is the piston rings weren’t replaced and I’ll have to deal with this same issue later, when there is no extended warranty. Jarred showed no empathy at all to my situation at all. Had he done so or even soften his tone he could have gained points with me.

Dear Honda Family at Vatland Honda, Vero Beach, FL, Jarrod Jenkins has always been so professional and communicative with all my prepares. This last week Jarrod, Pat and the guys in Service and Lon were all very instrumental on solving the huge question of my cars mystery noise in my Passport Trailsport. It's always a big hit to the heart when you feel like you don't know where those noises are coming from , but Jarrod and Pat were determined to getting to the bottom of the mystery noise and that darn Tire Rod did not get the best of us????. Thank you Lon and Honda Family for being the consistent heartbeat of Honda that makes driving my Honda a cherished experience by all that you do and have for years there at Vatland Honda ♥️????! I have always received excellent service and I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. The people are always friendly and professional they always explain in great detail if there are any issues and so far I am lucky I have not had any with my Honda vehicle.
