Jerrad is truly a person that makes my life a little easier. It is not easy to find someone you really trust when you are having car problems. I will not go for any type of service unless I know he is working that day. Many people tell me that the dealerships are way overpriced for their service department but piece of mind & trust are what is important to me. I have been going to him for 7yrs and hoping he will never leave:)
