John was easy to talk to and explained all of the details regarding the repairs required on our vehicle. He also answered all of our questions on the resolution of problems with our key system.
As always, Mr. Jenkins was very helpful, kept me well informed of the appointment progress and made sure I understood the options available regarding the suggested service needs for my CRV.
Mr. Chandler was very professional and kind. It was a pleasure working with him.

I was very happy with service by Mr chandler, in fact best service since I purchased car, Mr chandler explained everything to me, even when I gave him hard time.
Fluid was not coming out of my washers and the cost to have it checked was $124.00. Too much for me. If they could have just looked and see if fluid was inside the holding tank for fluid. I understand it takes a few more minutes but paying that amount before even getting the problem solved .My service man Eric was very nice and does a fine job. Thank you for your service !
