Eric Chandler, to my view, is a great example of a Service Advisor who very much cares about his and Vatland's customers. This he showed by his concern for me personally as well as the car. He is a very important part of your team. He exemplifies also principles which always produce success!
Mike should be very successful in his new position. Nice guy, knowledgeable, not pushy, “on top of things”, has all the right qualities to do very well.
Mike was a real pleasure to work with and immediately addressed minor questions I had regarding my service.
Eric did an excellent job of customer service. He actually offered to let me use his car to run a couple of nearby errands, while the service on my car was in progress. That gesture and trust made all the difference in the success of my day.

Took 2 hours and 18 minutes for an oil change. Ordered a new rear wiper blade that I didn’t get. Paid 135 dollars?????

I have already provided this info to the Vatland employee who called me. She said she would provide the info to her manager and I have received no response so clearly he doesn’t care about me being a customer.
I was called by Vatland to schedule an appointment for service, and the appointment was made Saturday morning at 8:30 am.
The person said that I had not been in for my first service and it would be free.
I arrive before 8:30 and all the doors were closed. I am trying to figure out what is going on, and a man walking towards the building said they didn’t open until 9. I told him I was scheduled for an appointment at 8:30, and he said I could walk in with him and go to the service department. They said they didn’t open until 9 and for me to go sit in the waiting area and they would be out. At 9:10, a person came out and told me the service that was needed and that it would not be free. I asked how long it would be, and he said an hour and a half. After 2 hours waiting and hearing nothing, I walk back to the service department- now almost 3 hours I have been waiting since my scheduled appointment, and my car looks like it is ready but no one has done the paperwork so I can pay and leave. I had an appointment at 11:30 and I needed to leave.
I will not be back to Vatland. If you tell someone service will be free, that service is free, not change after you get there. That Lon Mowrey couldn’t even give a message about this after he was told about it makes me not want to go back.
