No need to call. It just took 1.5 hours for an oil change. On the phone I was told it would be 30-40 minutes. I don’t know that anyone did anything wrong, that just strikes me as too long for an oil change. Thank you

I am happy that you reached out to me as I was trying to send an email about the service. First off I would like to thank Jerod, he was very professional and personable at the same time even when I was a little terse with him when we got in the car for a test ride to evaluate the problem. ( The reason for this is because I had the CRV at a Honda Dealership up in Darthmouth MA late summer early fall for the same problem(Colonial Honda)). I did apologize to Jerod because I realized I came across pretty mean. When I had the car at Colonial for the problem (Rattling Noise in the rear) They evaluated the problem and charged me for the Diagnostics fee because they said it was the Trailer hitch I put on the car and I disagreed. I was told that if the hitch was installed on the car by Honda they would not have charged the fee. I removed the hitch and the noise was still there. I now had done twice the work because I deinstalled the hitch. I brought it back to them they then test drove it with me in the car and determined it was not the hitch. They ordered the parts they thought would fix it. I waited 2 weeks for the parts and for them to call me back, they did not call me I had to call them and they said OH Ya the parts are in we forgot and rescheduled me. By this time it was very close to my having to drive back to Florida. They installed the parts they ordered and gave the car back to me. I drove it up the road and the problem was still there. I went back and told them and they said they would reschedule the service but it would be another week or so. At that point I felt they did not have anyone that could resolve the problem and I needed to get home here in Vero. I reinstalled the hitch because I needed to get my bike home and decided that I would task another dealer with the repair. I scheduled the repair way before Christmas as I knew I would not be around and the gentleman that did the scheduling was very kind in suggesting I leave the car for service and I agreed. A couple of things, I was late for my service appointment and needed a ride home. Jerod was super good at the resolution. I told him I would reschedule but he said hag on let me get the customers in at their scheduled time and being I was going to leave it he didn't think it would be a problem and there wasn't anyone going to my side of town for a little while. He asked that I just sit in the waiting area. About 2 hours later he came out a said the car was fixed, it was test driven in the same manner and the issue was resolved. He told me the resolution and sent me on my way. Your service scheduler was very good, Jerod was super, he was kind, professional, considerate and knowledgeable. Your service tech was knowledgeable because he resolved the problem. The car was returned as clean as it was when I brought it in and the repairs were done completely. I have not heard the noise since. At this point I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you. P.S. I would have purchased a CRV from your dealership but you aren't as willing to discount as other dealerships do. Respectfully Raymond D

Yes, John is very friendly and professional with me each time he services my car. He is very informative as to the condition of my vehicle and the needs that I may still have. And yes he accepts my refusal on some things due to finances but he always arranges away for me to take care of it at a later time. I appreciate his service and would recommend him to anyone.. thank you John Porter! You Rock! Happy New Year!
