Toby was great. I neglected to ask “how long” the engine lite check would take. My fault. But I do feel that someone should have told me my ‘oil change’ appointment coupled with the check engine lite addition would take 2 1/2 hours. I was really out there f whack for all my obligations the rest of the day. Also, this has nothing to do with Toby but the dealership itself, my check engine lite was in and it was $99 to diagnose why. The diagnostic fee should be something the dealer gives credit for if you choose to use them to fix it. I will shop elesewhere for better deals and consider other dealers for trade in based on this treatment.
